It has domestic leading and international advanced research and development capabilities in high-precision, hard tooth surface and heavy-duty gear transmission devices, and can be designed according to GB, ISO, DIN, AGMA and other standards. For marine products, CCS, ABS, LR, BV, GL, DNV, NK and other classification societies can be provided. At present, nearly 130 national patents have been obtained, including 9 invention patents.
The technical center already has digital virtual prototype design means, and is currently equipped with all kinds of high-end CAD[SOLIDWORKS, UG]/CAE[ANSYS /FE-SAFE],/gear box professional design and analysis software [KISSSOFT, ROMAX, MASTA] and PDM product data management system. The company mainly produces hard-faced gears and their transmission devices and elastic damping couplings, among which the design and manufacture of hard-faced medium and large reducers and wind power generation speed-increasing boxes are the company's specialty.
As the largest R&D and manufacturing base of hard gear in China, the company can carry out personalized development according to users' needs, design and manufacture high-speed heavy-duty and low-speed heavy-duty gear transmission devices with different speed ratios and different torque transmission forms, as well as couplings and shock absorbers with different torque transmission capabilities. Involute gears with diameter Ф 20-4000 mm, modulus 0.5-40mm, DIN3 accuracy and tooth surface hardness HR58-62 can be manufactured, and gears with medium and low hardness can also be manufactured.
