What are the tips for brushing your teeth?

1. Brush two or three teeth at a time: Although some people have developed the habit of brushing their teeth every morning and evening, they still have to deal with errands when brushing their teeth, and they will announce the end of brushing their teeth by poking a toothbrush into their mouth and rubbing it back and forth. In fact, if you want to brush the whole mouth, it is not only the size of the toothbrush, but also the hardness of the bristles. More importantly, you can only move the toothbrush 2 ~ 3 teeth at a time. Because a toothbrush can only effectively clean bacterial dirt between two or three teeth at the same time, please remember the old saying "haste makes waste".

2. Horizontal vibration and slow pressurization: When putting the toothbrush with toothpaste into the mouth, make the bristles point to the gingival sulcus. When brushing your teeth, hold the toothbrush handle so that the toothbrush head is flush with the dentition. No matter where you brush your teeth, the direction of holding the toothbrush handle should always be parallel to the occlusal surface of your teeth. When brushing 2 ~ 3 teeth, let the bristles be half on the gum tissue and half on the tooth surface, and clean every corner. Pay special attention to using force skillfully, and don't "seesaw" back and forth too violently. The force is transmitted to the brush head through the brush handle, and then the soft force will fall to the tooth surface and gums along the bristles. When the tip of the bristle remains basically motionless, it will exert pressure on the teeth through a short distance of slow horizontal vibration to achieve the purpose of brushing teeth. Brushing your teeth like this for about 2 ~ 4 minutes each time can play a role in cleaning and health care.

3. Open your mouth, shut up, and cooperate skillfully: When the toothbrush moves in the mouth, the mouth should cooperate with it, instead of keeping your mouth shut or opening your mouth. When brushing the distal surface of the last tooth of the upper jaw, try to open your mouth as wide as possible, and push the toothbrush backwards through the occlusal surface from bottom to top through your right arm, so that the tip of the bristles at the front end of the brush head can be in frictional contact with the upper and lower rear teeth, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning the teeth. When brushing the buccal side of the mandibular posterior teeth, the mouth can be slightly narrowed, not as wide as just now, so as long as the right arm is slightly raised, enough space can be made in the mouth to make the toothbrush comfortable inside. When brushing your back teeth, gently close your mouth. Open your mouth again, and the muscles in your ribs will squeeze the toothbrush into a "hero's useless place."

After mastering the above three tips, you will improve the efficiency and cleanliness of brushing your teeth. As long as you brush your teeth scientifically every morning and evening, you can have neat and white teeth. Once you have healthy teeth, you can benefit for life.
