What does the company's certificate include, and what is the difference from intellectual property rights?

The company qualification certificate, that is, the enterprise qualification certificate, actually refers to the certificate that the enterprise has the ability to complete a project. Take the construction enterprise as an example. According to the Regulations on Qualification Management of Construction Enterprises (Order No.87 of the Ministry of Construction of People's Republic of China (PRC)), construction enterprises should apply for qualification according to their registered capital, net assets, professional and technical personnel, technical equipment and completed construction performance, and only after passing the examination can they engage in construction activities within the scope permitted by their qualification grade.

The main difference between enterprise qualification and intellectual property;

The examination and approval department is different. The company certificate shall be handled by the industry management department, and the intellectual property rights shall be registered by the Intellectual Property Office.

Play different roles. The company qualification certificate is a necessary document for engaging in production and business activities, and there is no mandatory requirement for intellectual property rights.
