In the process of equipment improvement, the tool improvement boldly put forward by Wang Qinfeng played a key role. After research, he found that under normal processing conditions, the average worker has to change the tool two or three times a shift, and the process of changing the tool is the process that affects the output. So he pondered the control of tool grinding. After repeated experiments, he succeeded, creating a miracle of processing more than 1400 parts in one month, and the qualified rate reached 99.9%. On another occasion, a piece of process equipment needs to be disassembled frequently, and it must be put back in its original position when disassembling and putting it back. The error is only allowed to be 0-0.03 mm, which is difficult to operate. In order to solve this problem, after a lot of experiments, Wang Qinfeng finally solved the problem of equipment positioning in nearly two years, shortening the positioning time from the original 1 hour to only 4 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency and saving production costs. Wang Qinfeng, who has experienced in tackling key problems, is full of confidence. In his own words, during that time, his research on EDM was almost possessed. He kept going to the bookstore, looking up information, buying back a lot of books for research and repeated experiments. Sometimes when eating, I immediately put down the steamed bread and ran away when I thought of a problem; When a guest came to the house, he sat there without talking, turned a deaf ear to the guest's questions, and thought about electric spark again; Once, I was late for an experiment in the company. On the way home by bike, I was distracted by my thoughts, and I bumped into someone else's car and hurt my arm. Parents were scared, and colleagues whispered, "Is Wang Qinfeng stupid?" Wang Qinfeng certainly knows that he is not stupid, he is just too focused and devoted. This year, he not only mastered the theoretical knowledge of the complete circuit of the electrical cabinet of the EDM machine tool by himself, but also accumulated rich experience through a lot of experiments.

1999, just over a month before the Spring Festival, in freezing weather, Wang Qinfeng received the task of installing and debugging machine tools for customers in Guangzhou. The installation and debugging of more than 30 machine tools should be completed within one month, and it is also very stressful to be responsible for the machine tool training of customer employees. Due to overwork, poor rest and irregular diet, I got acute gastroenteritis, vomiting and diarrhea, and the doctor asked for hospitalization. At that time, there was only one week before the Spring Festival. He is homesick and very ill, and his heart is very uncomfortable. But when he spent a day in the hospital and his condition improved slightly, his mind immediately turned to work. He refused to listen to the doctor's advice and returned to work the next day, which not only touched his colleagues, but also deeply touched the employees of the client company. When the installation, debugging and training of 30 machine tools were successfully completed on time, he lost 15 Jin, and a strong young man became a weak scholar. After Zhang Gongyun learned that Wang Qinfeng was ill and insisted on working, he made an exception and asked him to fly back. "At that time, the company was still in its infancy. For a rural child, flying home is a very extravagant thing. General Zhang didn't get this treatment when he was on a business trip. He kept trying, improving and experimenting. As long as there is a little progress, it will bring him endless happiness. Finally, the electric spark arc protection circuit was successfully tested in 1999, which took the lead in solving the "sintering" problem of machine tools in the same industry in China and became a major innovation in China's electric spark industry. Subsequently, according to his suggestion, the company designed and developed the first generation electrical cabinet with independent intellectual property rights, which was at the leading level in the same industry and obtained 200 1 national patent. At the end of that year, the company rewarded me with a computer. 1999, the whole company didn't have a computer, but gave me a personal computer, which is also the highest reward. "Although Wang Qinfeng won numerous awards during his work, the level of awards is getting higher and higher, but only that award-winning experience made him unforgettable.
