As for wine and rice, it won't take long to soak.
The usual practice is:
If you go fishing the next day, pour a bottle of clove wine (mineral water bottle cap) into the millet (about 500 grams) of a mineral water bottle the night before and shake well. You can use it the next day.
Rice wine does not mean that the longer it is brewed, the better. It only takes a few hours, and the smell of cloves and distiller's yeast can penetrate in, so that millet is full of the smell of attracting fish inside and outside. Over time, it may make the taste fade.
