How to cook fish in an electric pan

Delicious grilled fish

Ingredients: 800 grams of carp, 50 grams of barbecue ingredients, 1 piece of ginger, half a head of garlic, 3 spoons of cooking wine.

Method:

1. This is a piece of carp cut into pieces. Use a knife on the thick part to cut each piece of fish into large pieces with a thickness of more than 1 cm.

2. Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.

3. Put the ginger and garlic into the fish pieces, then pour in the barbecue powder and cooking wine.

4. Mix well and marinate for more than half an hour. Flip a few times and marinate for a while to make it more delicious.

5. Open the electric baking pan, put the fish pieces in and arrange them.

6. Close the lid, heat on both sides, set to high heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then reheat for 5 minutes. It feels a bit like fish fillets and is delicious.

Tips:

There is ready-made salt in the barbecue ingredients, so when marinating fish, be careful not to add too much salt to avoid being overly salty. You can make your own barbecue ingredients or buy them ready-made. As long as they are what you like, any brand will do.

Use both sides of the electric baking pan to bake over high heat without opening the lid halfway. If you like it a bit more oily, just brush it with oil on both sides. We don't like it greasy. The electric baking pan we use has a non-stick layer, so we don't put any oil. This is optional.
