How to make Bacillus natto

Need to prepare: soybean, rice cooker, natto powder, small bowl, clear water, starter.

1. First, prepare an appropriate amount of soybeans, as shown in the figure.

2. Then steam the soybeans in the rice cooker for 50 minutes.

3. Take out the steamed soybeans below.

4. Then pour the natto powder into a bowl and pour water to dissolve.

5. Next, pour the bacterial liquid into the soybean and stir well.

6. Then put the soybeans into a fermentor for fermentation.
