3. Working principle

The main components of the device are: compressor, condenser, drying filter, gas-liquid separator, expansion valve, evaporator, control instrument and control element.

The working principle is as follows:

Refrigeration principle: When the refrigeration system works, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged by the compressor enters the condenser and condenses into medium-temperature supercooled liquid, which is throttled and depressurized by the low-temperature expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure vapor-liquid two-phase mixture, which enters the evaporator and evaporates in the evaporator to absorb the heat of the refrigerant flowing through the evaporator, so that the refrigerant flowing through the evaporator is cooled, and the vapor after evaporation of the refrigerant is sucked by the compressor and continuously circulated, thus achieving the purpose of cooling down.
