General principles of patent copyright ownership

Legal analysis: Generally speaking, the general principle of copyright ownership is that the copyright belongs to the author, unless otherwise stipulated in the Copyright Law (for example, the copyright of film works shall be enjoyed by the producer and the copyright of certain professional works shall be enjoyed by the unit). Since a legal person or other organization is regarded as the author of a legal person's work, the copyright of the legal person's work belongs to the legal person or other organization that created the work.

Legal basis: Article 11 of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) belongs to the author, unless otherwise stipulated in this Law. The citizen who creates a work is the author. A work presided over by a legal person or other organization, created on behalf of a legal person or other organization, and in the charge of a legal person or other organization shall be regarded as the author. If there is no proof to the contrary, the signed citizen, legal person or other organization shall be the author.
