Male, Han nationality, born in October 1950, from Gaoyang County, Hebei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1973 and started working in January 1970. Graduated from Zhangjiakou Medical College majoring in clinical medicine, with a bachelor's degree, professor, and master's tutor. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Director of the Medical Department of Hebei University.
