(2) Party B fully fulfills the purchase order. If Party B fails to deliver the goods within the time stipulated in the order without justifiable reasons, it will be deemed that Party B does not supply the goods, and Party A has the right to refuse and immediately purchase the goods from a third party.
(3) Party B must attach the printed delivery note and Party A's order when delivering the goods. The delivery note shall indicate the product name, barcode, specification, quantity, settlement price and suggested retail price, and shall be checked and signed by the consignee designated by Party A for the record. Without justifiable reasons, Party A shall not refuse the goods delivered by Party B on time according to the order.
(4) The products provided by Party B shall be well packaged, and the product bar code shall be pre-printed according to the national regulations or the relevant article number identification and bar code label shall be pasted or pre-printed according to the requirements of Party A, and Party A shall be allowed to put forward special packaging requirements.
(5) If there are differences between the two parties on the verification of the supply quantity, the quantity confirmed by both parties in writing shall prevail.
