SKLDB key laboratory of dairy industry

The State Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology to start construction on 20 10, and passed the acceptance on 2 August 20 13. It is the only national key laboratory of dairy industry in China. The key laboratory focuses on the international frontier topics such as dairy biotechnology foundation and application foundation, and focuses on the following four aspects: (1) quality and safety control of raw milk and dairy products; (2) Theory and technology of new dairy starter; (3) Research and development of functional dairy products; (4) Comprehensive utilization of new cheese and its by-products.

Since the establishment of the laboratory, according to the advantages and characteristics of its own discipline development, it has participated in a large number of applied basic and key technology research projects and scientific and technological achievements transformation projects. He has presided over and undertaken 52 national, provincial and ministerial projects such as "973", "948", "863" and science and technology support plan. He applied for 265 invention patents, authorized 2 international invention patents, authorized China invention patents 1 12, and published 70 SCI papers. Presided over the formulation of 2 national standards, participated in the formulation of more than 40, revised 5 national standards and industry standards 1.
