The invention belongs to the field of two-layer and three-layer aluminum alloy composite solder [composite plate, composite tape (coil) and composite foil (coil)] for manufacturing automobile radiators and the like. The invention provides a manufacturing method of the material. The main technological processes are: mechanical cleaning and purification, explosive welding (compounding), heating, hot rolling, cold rolling, intermediate annealing, finishing rolling and slitting. The explosive welding process is carried out at the explosion site, and the subsequent processes are carried out in the factory building. The heating temperature of hot rolling is 460-540℃, and the intermediate annealing temperature is 400-460℃. The composite solder (plate, strip, foil) manufactured by this invention is firmly bonded between two or three layers, and the thickness ratio can be adjusted at will, and the output is almost doubled compared with that of rolling composite method.
