Put forward a new breeding method for high quality and high yield of rapeseed, and presided over the breeding of 15 varieties, with the popularization area exceeding10.50 million mu, including 8 national key varieties; Three new transgenic rapeseed lines (insect-resistant line T5, sterile line 15 and restorer line 742) were bred, and their genetic stability and safety were studied.
