The invention discloses an extraction method of B2 proanthocyanidins, which comprises the following steps: (1) taking roots, stems or leaves of Pinaceae, Rosaceae and other plants as raw materials, adding an ethanol aqueous solution, leaching, filtering, and concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure to an extract with a sugar degree of 2-40; (2) dispersing the extract in water, adsorbing with macroporous resin, gradient eluting with ethanol aqueous solution, detecting by thin-layer chromatography combined with analytical HPLC, collecting components rich in proanthocyanidins B2, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated solution with sugar degree of10-40; (3) separating the concentrated solution with polyamide resin, gradient eluting with ethanol aqueous solution, detecting and collecting components rich in proanthocyanidin B2 by thin-layer chromatography combined with analytical HPLC, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to obtain an extract with a sugar degree of 10-20 and a weight percentage of proanthocyanidin B2 of 20-50%. The method of the invention can obtain high-content proanthocyanidin B2 extract.
