We have a team of 36 pilot enterprises to expand postdoctoral work in China. At present, there are 10 postdocs taking the project to the station for research and development, and 5 postdocs are staying at the station.

Patented or unique core technology 1, electronic special ceramic powder technology, including nano-modification technology of basic chemical materials, BME porcelain powder technology, powder dispersion technology, etc.

2. Internal paste and end paste technology of capacitors and resistors, including surface treatment technology, palladium-silver paste technology, copper paste technology and silver paste technology.

3. Chip multilayer ceramic capacitor technology. Including BME-MLCC( 1999), high-pressure MLCC, high-capacity MLCC, etc.

4. Electronic sensor technology, including the preparation technology of pressure sensitive, temperature sensitive and gas sensitive devices;

5. Other chip component manufacturing technologies, including chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor technology, chip resistor technology and chip inductor technology;

6, electronic equipment technology, with the production of surface mount equipment, special production equipment for electronic components and various kiln equipment technology.

The number of patent applications for the above technologies reached 134, including 73 invention patents and 60 authorized patents.

Has a mature component manufacturing technology 1, a variety of electronic component manufacturing technologies. Including MLCC, chip resistor, chip inductor, chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor, thermistor, varistor and so on.

2. Manufacturing technologies of various electronic materials. Include electronic ceramic powder, metal powder, metal paste, soft ferrite, etc.

3, all kinds of electronic special equipment manufacturing technology. Including kilns, belt knitting machines, testing machines, tape casting machines, etc.

The equipment engaged in material research and development, design and testing has advanced experimental and testing equipment: SEM, X-ray diffractometer, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, ICP analyzer, vibration tester, high and low temperature box, electronic balance, infrared spectrometer, gas chromatograph and other advanced research and development means.

Engaged in equipment and process experiments and testing equipment: advanced processing and testing equipment such as five-axis machining center, turning center and CMM.

With all the partners engaged in technology development and project cooperation in more than 20 universities and research institutes in China.

The State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Finance, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China and the General Administration of Customs jointly awarded the "National Enterprise Technology Center", as well as the "National New Electronic Components Engineering Technology Research Center" recognized by the State Science and Technology Commission and the "National High-tech Electronic Components Engineering Technology Joint Development Center" recognized by the National "863" Committee, and carried out research and development of several high-end projects at the same time with the support of the state every year.
