What are the specialties of Luohe?

Luohe has four characteristics, namely:

1, Luohe Maji:

Luohe partridge chicken is an excellent new breed which has been bred by crossing Guangdong partridge chicken with local Chai chicken for more than four years.

2. Yellow River carp:

Yellow River carp has light brown back, silvery white abdomen, transparent pectoral fin and caudal fin, broad back, plump figure, few bone spurs, plump meat, delicate texture, small fishy smell and fresh broth.

3. Jade Emperor Garlic:

The local soil in Luohe is rich in trace elements needed for garlic growth and is produced according to the standard of pollution-free agricultural products. The garlic produced has unique quality, especially the characteristics of strong garlic flavor, spicy taste, continuous mashing of juice and long-term rancidity. It has been specially used for royal meals in the late Western Han Dynasty.

4. Pay tribute to the twist:

Luohe Mahuazhuang tribute, Mahuazhuang, has been circulating for more than 200 years and is known as the "top grade pasta". During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, it was not only patented by the state, but also commended by the Ministry of Commerce and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, and won many awards in various competitions.
