Power mainly refers to the content that cannot be given up, which is really unclear.
I can only tell you the difference between right and power.
I copied my predecessor HHETCARGO's answer. Don't choose me for the correct answer.
The difference between the two:
First, the main body of exercise is different. The exercise subject of rights is the general subject, while the power is mainly the state organs and their staff.
Second, the punishment methods are different. Rights can generally be waived and transferred, while power must be exercised according to law and cannot be waived and transferred.
Third, the presumption rules are different. The rule of presumption of rights is that "there is no explicit prohibition by law, so it can be done." And power is only limited by express provisions, otherwise it is ultra vires.
Fourth, social functions are different. Rights generally reflect private interests, while power generally reflects public interests.
The relationship between the two:
First, interdependence. On the one hand, the highest power of a country comes from the alienation of some rights by its citizens; On the other hand, power plays a decisive role in the process of recognizing natural rights as legal rights.
Second, interaction. On the one hand, citizens can control power with rights; On the other hand, the realization and relief of legal rights can not be separated from power.
Third, conflict with each other. On the one hand, power is an indispensable force to ensure power; On the other hand, in order to effectively protect rights, rights must be restricted.
