Mainly engaged in employee behavior control, risk assessment and control, accident emergency and other aspects of behavior safety, emergency rescue, safety management research, as well as thermal environment evaluation, numerical simulation, temperature and humidity control technology research. In terms of safety management, it is planned to use the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and other means to establish an integrated management and control system for employee behavior data prediction, analysis and tracking management, and develop a set of software management systems. The accident early warning model and online emergency management system based on big data analysis are put forward, which have achieved good results in enterprises. In the aspect of mine cooling, air conditioning technology based on dehumidification is put forward, and dehumidification cooling equipment is developed, which has been well applied in coal mine enterprises.
Participated in more than 50 national natural science foundation, Shandong natural science foundation, Shandong R&D key projects and horizontal scientific research projects, served as reviewers of academic journals such as safetyscience and energy, and published more than 40 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals. He applied for and obtained 5 invention patents and 2 international PCT patents, and edited the textbook 1 book. Won Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award, China Coal Industry Association Award and other 10 awards.
