Shandong University and China Ocean both belong to your Shandong Province, but there are no such majors, hehe! Jiangsu has Nanjing University and Suzhou University. Personal advice only consider Nanjing University, but the major is not independent!
Generally speaking, in your 17 school, only NPC, Peking University, Fada, Nankai, Wuda, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Fudan University and Nanda are recommended! Other universities are basically not strong, so you might as well take the Nankai exam yourself.
