Reminder: The political exam is an open-book exam. Candidates can bring paper materials, but they are not allowed to use any form of electronic equipment.
2. "Personal interests and attitudes" questionnaire test (written test)
Time: 9: -9: 3 am on March 17th, and location: Engineering Hall 22, Engineering Hall 222 and Engineering Hall 224 of Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiaotong University.
3. Professional quality and ability test (written test)
Time: 9: 3-11: 3 am on March 17th; Venue: Shanghai Jiaotong University Xuhui Campus Engineering Hall 22, Engineering Hall 222 and Engineering Hall 224.
Examination forms: written examination, open questions and open-book examination. Reference book: Management-Principles and Methods (7th Edition), edited by Fudan University Press, Wednesday Duo, Chen Chuanming, etc., or other management materials. You can only refer to one book (you can't bring other paper materials) and you can't use any form of electronic equipment.

Venue: Shanghai Jiaotong University Xuhui Campus Engineering Museum. Candidates should report to Room 214 of the Engineering Museum at the required time. See the notice posted on the site for the location of each interview group.

Candidates are requested to report one hour in advance according to their interview start time. Please be on time!
2. What needs to be understood and examined in the interview:
(1) Professional knowledge background and professional counterpart: Understand the undergraduate major, the current work nature and the professional counterpart of the candidate, and examine the knowledge base, knowledge and opinions of the candidate on the major;
(2) Work performance: examine candidates' post experience and current post situation (position, title, current tasks and responsibilities and engineering background, etc.) and work performance (achievements, benefits, awards, articles, patents, project completion, etc.);
(3) research plan and assumption: the candidates' thoughts and plans after entering the school, and whether there are any research topics, research directions or research assumptions related to the work content;
(4) English proficiency: Examined according to the types and grades of English qualification certificates obtained by candidates and their oral English expression ability;
(5) Comprehensive quality: On the basis of the above-mentioned assessment, the candidates' qualities such as logical thinking, expression and reaction ability are emphatically examined, especially the potential qualities related to management ability and innovation ability.
3. Candidates should pay attention to the following matters
(1) Everyone must download the Registration Form of Candidates Taking the Re-examination of the Entrance Examination for Master of Engineering Management in 219 and fill it in carefully and truthfully.
(2) Bring relevant certificates of honor, award-winning certificates, published articles, patents, certificates of CET-4/CET-6, various trainings, qualification certificates and other originals and photocopies.
IV. Qualification examination
The qualification examination materials to be handled and carried when reporting for the interview are as follows:
1. One original and photocopy of my second-generation resident ID card;
2. One original and one copy of academic qualifications and degree certificates;
3. "Record Form for Electronic Registration of Academic Certificate" or "Academic Certification Report". Candidates need to log on to the higher education student information consulting network, enter the "learning letter file" to apply for academic qualification verification online, and print the "electronic registration record form of academic qualification certificate". If you are unsuccessful, you can apply for written certification as required and get the "Academic Certification Report". If a candidate holds an academic degree or degree certificate obtained abroad, the certification report issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education shall be submitted for qualification examination.
Candidates who do not meet the requirements for registration or provide false information will not be admitted, and the test results will be invalid, and the candidates will bear the responsibility.

VI. Admission Principles
1. According to the spirit of the 219 postgraduate re-examination work conference of our graduate school, candidates who have reached the re-examination score of our school can enter the re-examination stage.
(1) The retest score is 2 points, including 1 points for the professional quality and ability test and 1 points for the interview.
(2) The second interview requires adhering to the principles of fairness, justice and openness; Adhere to comprehensive examination and scientific selection; Adhere to objective evaluation; Adhere to the difference retest.
(3) Admission principle:
Considering the scores of unified examination, re-examination and political examination comprehensively, the students should be admitted according to the total score of initial examination plus re-examination from high to low. Among them, the admission principles of candidates participating in the interview of excellent talents are as follows: candidates with "excellent" selection results will enter the pre-admission stage directly if they pass the re-examination results; Candidates with "good" results will be given priority under the same conditions; Candidates with "average" results are selected according to the total score of the initial test and the second test, and are selected on the basis of merit.

2. Postgraduates majoring in engineering management in our college are enrolled in a part-time training mode. According to the requirements of the school, part-time candidates who take part in the re-examination should fill in the Informed Consent Form for Re-examination Candidates of Part-time Professional Degree in Shanghai Jiaotong University in 219. Please download and fill it out, sign it and submit it when reporting for the interview.
