BL0939 is a calibration-free electric energy metering chip with built-in clock, which is suitable for single-phase multifunctional watt-hour meters, smart plugs, smart home appliances, electric bicycle charging piles and other applications with high cost performance.

BL0939 integrates three channels of high-precision sigma-delta ADC, which can simultaneously measure two channels of current and 1 channel voltage.

BL0939 can measure parameters such as current, effective voltage, active power and active energy, and can output fast effective current (for leakage monitoring or overcurrent protection), as well as temperature detection, waveform output and other functions. Data can be output through UART/SPI interface, which can fully meet the requirements of smart plugs, smart home appliances, single-phase multifunctional watt-hour meters, electric bicycle charging piles and big data collection of electricity consumption information.

BL0939 has patented anti-leakage design, and with reasonable external hardware design, it can ensure that the power pulse does not contain noise power when there is no current.

BL0939 is mainly divided into two parts: analog signal processing and digital signal processing. The analog part mainly includes three-channel PGA, three-channel sigma-delta ADC, internal clock, power-on/reset, temperature sensor, LDO and other related analog modules, and the digital part is digital signal processing module (DSP).

BL0939 has the anti-submarine function of power supply, which ensures that the board-level noise power supply will not accumulate electricity without current input.
