What are the input conditions and operating steps of the boiler soot blowing system?

1. Starting conditions of the boiler bag dust collector: open the lift valves of bypass A and B of the bag dust collector, close the inlet and outlet lift valves of the 4 chambers, and close the cold air inlet valves of the 4 chambers. Put pulverized coal into the boiler for combustion. The flue gas inlet temperature of the bag dust collector is greater than 120°C and less than 220°C. The flue gas can be received only when the pressure difference between the front and rear of the bag dust collector is greater than 300Pa. The pulse cleaning system can only be started when the pressure difference is greater than 700Pa. 2. Operation steps of the bag dust collector: 1. Before receiving the command to start the furnace ignition, the bag dust collector check and confirm that the inlet and outlet poppet valves of each chamber of the dust collector are closed. 2. After receiving the notification of boiler installation and testing, open the bypass poppet valves of A and B. 3. The test furnace can start the fan and ignition only after receiving notification that the bypass system has been turned on. 4. Inform the bag dust collector on duty before adding powder to the test furnace. 5. After receiving the notification that all the boiler powder feeders are put into operation and the oil is withdrawn, the bag dust collector operator opens the inlet and outlet poppet valves of room 1 of the bag dust collector and opens the inlet and outlet poppet valves of room 2 of the dust collector in sequence according to the furnace test order. , then close the bypass poppet valve, and turn the bypass system into the main body of the dust collector. Open the inlet and outlet poppet valves of chamber 3 of the dust collector in sequence, and open the inlet and outlet poppet valves of chamber 4 of the dust collector. The person on duty of the dust collector should pay attention to the smoke temperature at the entrance of the dust collector and contact the boiler in time. 6. The dust collector duty officer should notify the furnace stoker before each operation, and the stoker should pay close attention to the adjustment of the furnace negative pressure. At the same time, the zero-meter duty officer should fully open the ash baffle to 100%. 7. After confirming that the inlet and outlet poppet valves of rooms 1-4 are open and the bypass and cold air poppet valves are closed, switch the #1 power cabinet selection switch from "manual" to "automatic". 8. When the bag filter duty officer observes that the pressure difference between the front and rear of the dust removal chamber reaches 900Pa, each chamber of the dust collector will be put into fixed-resistance dust cleaning mode. 9. Conduct a switch test on the inlet and outlet poppet valves, bypass poppet valves and cold air valves one hour before the unit starts.
