(1) Precautions before starting the coater

1, clean the coating equipment according to the coating machine maintenance method.

3. Tools used in the production of coating equipment: plug gauge, dial indicator, micrometer, ruler, turnover frame, wiping paper, art knife, pole piece converter, alcohol, high temperature adhesive tape, etc. Should be prepared.

4. Prepare protective articles: labor protection shoes, gloves and masks.

5. Preparation of coating materials: coating base material and positive or negative paste for coating.

6. Prepare production records, identify defective products and transfer cards.

7. It is best to adopt multi-batch continuous coating mode to reduce waste.

(2) Safety measures at the painting site

1, keep the work area clean and tidy.

2. Clean up the wastes and rubbish in the work area in time.

3. The coating operator shall not change the process parameters without authorization.

4, coating equipment can't run in the case of negative clearance.

5. When the coating machine penetrates the foil, be sure not to be crushed by the knife roller or scratched by the foil.

6. When pressing the coating bead, make sure that the operator's hand is not under the bead.

7. The oven temperature of the coater is high, so be careful when picking up the aluminum foil.

8. Pay attention to safety when changing volumes, and be careful to hit your feet.

9. Wear gloves when cleaning, and be careful not to cut your hands by the roller scraper.

10. During coating operation and cleaning, be careful that mud splashes into eyes.

(3) Matters needing attention when coating with a coating machine

1. Check the ambient temperature and humidity. The ambient temperature shall be greater than 15℃ and the humidity shall be less than 40%.

2. Open the air source valve and confirm that the air source of the equipment is connected normally.

3. First, turn on the power switch in the electric cabinet to confirm whether the equipment on the display screen is in normal state. If it is not normal, notify the equipment personnel to make adjustments.

4. Select the operation panel of the coater, press the tension key and the correction key, cut the unreeling correction device to the automatic position, and then press the hot air key to heat the oven.

5. Place baffles on the left and right sides of the tank bottom plate, push the tank bottom plate until the tank bottom plate is close to the coating roller, and rotate it backwards for half a turn. Use a ruler to confirm whether the position of the slot and baffle device is correct.

6. The sponge coating the baffle must be attached to the knife roller and the coating roller, and there is no gap with the bottom plate of the chute. Make sure that the baffle sponge does not protrude from the position of the knife edge in the direction of the rear roller. After running the coating roller for 4-5 minutes, confirm again that the sponge does not protrude, and there is no friction or abnormal sound between the blocking body and the coating roller. Take clean PE film and put it in the storage box.

7. Stop the operation of the coating roller, install the feeding tube, notify the pulp mixer to feed, press the automatic feeding button on the panel of the coater, adjust the liquid level induction, and keep the liquid level of the material higher than the knife edge position 1.0~ 1.5cm. When feeding automatically, the coater starts to stir.

8. When coating, use plug gauge to confirm the coating gap, and use aluminum foil to confirm that both sides of the roller gap are consistent. If not, fine-tune the back roller gap or the coating roller gap.

9. Start the pinch roller. If the aluminum foil wrinkles after starting, do not start it. Then start the scraper of the coating roller, so that the scraper mouth is close to the coating roller without leaving a gap.

10. During the coating operation, check the blank alignment of the front and back every 50 pieces. If there are defects, feedback the painting information in time.

Both positive electrode coating and negative electrode coating must be set according to the coating standard parameters of battery model and operated according to the coating method operation standard of coating machine. If painting is abnormal, it should be reported to the corresponding painting engineers, quality personnel and technicians for confirmation and analysis in time. Only after debugging or confirming that the painted pole pieces are qualified can batch continuous painting be carried out, otherwise, the machine can be stopped for maintenance, and defective painting is not allowed, because the anode and cathode substrates and coatings are expensive and waste time.

1. Check the screws of all parts of the coating machine and packaging machine regularly to avoid loosening.

2. Pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat-proof of the electrical part of the coating machine. The inside and terminals of the electric cabinet should be kept clean to prevent electrical failure.

3. When the coater stops, the two heat sealing rollers should be in the open position to prevent the packaging materials from being scalded.

4, after downtime should be timely cleaning metering part, to ensure that each shift cleaning tray and turntable, make it from corrosion.

5. For the heat sealing machine, it should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the texture of the seal is clear.

6. The photoelectric tracking light-emitting head, that is, the electric eye, should also be cleaned regularly to reduce the error of cursor tracking.

7. Clean up the materials scattered on the tray in time and keep the parts clean.
