2 Scope of application

3 Responsibilities of relevant departments

4 Work Procedures
4.1 Definition

4.2 Submission

4.3 Review

4.3.2 The reviewers should conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility, economy, safety and timeliness of the rationalization suggestions, and make a conclusion on whether to adopt them. 4.4 Adoption

4.4.4 Regardless of whether the rationalization suggestion is adopted or not, the quality department is responsible for returning a copy of the completed rationalization suggestion form to the proposer after the review work is completed, and explaining the reasons or details for not adopting it in person. 4.5 Rewards
4.5.1 Reward proposal

4.5.2 Adoption Award

5. Rewards

VI. Supplementary Provisions
