Introduction
Xiamen Ocean Vocational and Technical College was formerly the Jimei Fisheries School founded in 192 by Mr. Chen Jiageng, a patriotic overseas Chinese leader. The College is located in Xiamen Special Economic Zone, a scenic "sea garden", with two campuses, Siming and Xiang 'an, covering an area of 732 mu and 5,4 students.
