By undertaking scientific research projects, participating in national and local major construction tasks, signing scientific and technological project transfer agreements, and providing counterpart scientific and technological assistance, the school has further strengthened its ties with local governments and played a role in serving local economic and social development. Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", nearly 60 horizontal cooperation projects have been signed with enterprises and institutions, and three research institutes and research bases have been built with local and enterprises, with the transfer of funds and start-up capital of160,000 yuan, which has achieved good economic and social benefits. Dozens of scientific and technological achievements such as "a granular solid superacid catalyst and its preparation method" have successfully realized product transformation and brought good economic benefits into play. The school actively promoted the implementation of the local action plan to serve Jining and Rizhao, and successively signed strategic cooperation agreements with local governments and enterprises such as Jining, Rizhao, Qingzhou, Yutai and Yankuang Group, and carried out fruitful cooperation in personnel training and scientific and technological development. Our school also gives full play to the advantages of basic education resources and disciplines, serves the reform and development of basic education, and forms a counterpart cooperation relationship with Feixian Experimental Middle School.
