2. If the publication date of your article is earlier than the filing date of your patent application (excluding cases on the same date), your article can affect the novelty and creativity of your patent. At this time, unless you can continue to improve the content of the article on the basis of the article to meet the requirements of novelty and creativity, your own article will become the prior art used to evaluate your patent. Your patent will be rejected because it does not comply with Article 22, paragraph 2, or does not comply with Article 22, paragraph 3 of the Patent Law
