In fact, many intellectual property agencies like people with R&D experience very much, so that they can fully understand technical documents when writing patent documents and communicate with inventors easily. If the landlord wants to develop in the intellectual property industry, it is beneficial to have R&D experience. But this line is boring, so you need to calm down and write at your desk, and the landlord should be mentally prepared.
