Lean production is a good name for a production method created by which country

Lean Production (LP) is the praise given by experts from the International Digital Vehicle Project (IMVP) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States for Japan's Toyota Just-In-Time (JIT) production method.

The lean production method originated from the Toyota Production System. It was organized by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States and experts and scholars from 17 countries around the world. It took 5 years and a cost of 5 million US dollars to develop a pioneering method in the automobile industry. Typical industrial examples of mass production methods and lean production methods JIT are summarized after theoretical analysis.

The superiority of lean production is not only reflected in the production and manufacturing system, but also in various aspects such as product development, collaborative support, marketing network and operation management. It is a production organization of A1 in the current industry. The system and methods will also become the standard global production system in the 21st century.

The lean production method is the product of the market constraints of "scarcity of resources" and "large varieties, low batches" that the Japanese automobile industry encountered after the war. It started from Toyoda Aizaki, and was gradually improved until the 1960s through the joint efforts of Toyoda Kiichiro and Ohno Taiichi.
