There are many reasons for electric leakage:
1. Over-discharge protection: When the battery is about to run out, when the voltage reaches the required minimum, the protection board will also be closed, and the product will automatically shut down, thus forming an over-discharge protection function.
2. Overcharge protection: When the product is charged, when the voltage reaches the highest battery voltage (4.2v), the protection board will be automatically turned off, indicating that it is full and will not be charged. And an overcharge protection effect is formed.
3. Short-circuit protection: When the battery is accidentally short-circuited, the protection board will automatically close within a few milliseconds and will not be energized. At this time, it is no problem that the anode and cathode contact each other, and the short circuit protection formed will not cause explosion.
4. Over-current protection: When the battery is discharged, the protection board will have a maximum current limit, which is different for different products. When the discharge exceeds this current limit, the protection board will automatically close.
