What are the conditions and contents of the patent agent qualification examination?

The national patent agent qualification examination is a professional qualification examination for patent agency industry held in China National Intellectual Property Administration, starting from 1992. A patent agent refers to a person who has obtained the qualification of a patent agent, holds a patent agent's work permit and is engaged in patent agency work full-time or part-time. The national patent agent qualification examination is held once a year, generally at 1 1 in more than a dozen test sites across the country. Graduation of science and engineering majors in colleges and universities refers to obtaining a college degree or above recognized by the state and obtaining a diploma. Applicants for graduation certificates and degree certificates from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements of applying for graduation certificate and degree certificate can sign up for the exam. Those who have studied for a master's degree in institutions of higher learning for one year and those who have studied for a doctor's degree in institutions of higher learning are deemed to have been engaged in scientific and technological work for more than two years.
