hot melt connection

It is a connection process that the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the pipe fitting are simultaneously inserted into the mold of the welding device without rotating, heated for a few seconds, then the welding device is quickly taken out, the heated pipe is quickly inserted vertically into the pipe fitting, and the pressure is maintained and cooled. Generally used to connect small-caliber plastic pipes below 4 ".

The connection process is as follows: inspection → pipe cutting → cleaning joint marking → heating → dismantling welding device → alignment → pipe installation and correction → pressure maintaining and cooling.

(1) The requirements and operation methods of inspection, pipe cutting, joint cleaning and scribing are similar to those of UPVC pipe bonding, but the outer diameter of the pipe is required to be larger than the inner diameter of the pipe fitting to ensure the formation of a suitable flange after welding.

(2) Heating: the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the pipe fitting are simultaneously inserted into the mold of the welding machine, and heated for several seconds at a heating temperature of 260 DEG C without rotating (preheating to a set temperature). See the following table for the heating time: pipe outer diameter (mm), welding depth (mm), hot melting time (seconds), insertion time (seconds), cooling time (seconds) 2014542 251674232 2086440 265400 22.518 6463 23. Kloc-0/0 32.5 50 108 Note: When the operating environment temperature is lower than 0℃, the heating time should be extended by half.

(3) Plug-in: After the pipes and fittings are heated to the specified time, quickly pull out the welding machine from the mold of the welding machine, quickly find the right direction, and insert the pipe fittings into the pipe end to the scribing position. If skew is found during insertion, it should be corrected in time. Alignment and correction can use the line printed on the pipe and the four cross-shaped engraved lines at both ends of the pipe as reference.

(4) Pressure-maintaining cooling: During the cooling process, pipes or fittings shall not be moved, and the next joint can be connected only after it is completely cooled.
