Professor An Shengli is mainly engaged in metallurgical engineering, the utilization of rare earth resources, the theoretical and applied research of rare earth nano-ionic conductor materials and devices, and the leader of metallurgical engineering, materials science and engineering disciplines. He presided over more than 30 national and provincial scientific research and teaching research projects, and published more than 90 papers, of which 37 were included by international authoritative retrieval systems SCI and EI, and the papers were cited by others 65 times; Publish 3 monographs and teaching materials; The scientific research achievements won the second prize of scientific and technological progress in the autonomous region 1, the second prize of China Metallurgical Science and Technology Award 1, the third prize of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress 2, the first prize of Baotou Scientific and Technological Progress 1, and the second prize 1. Three national patents have been obtained, and four national invention patent applications are under review; The popularization and application of the two scientific research achievements have achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. The teaching and research achievements won the first prize 1 item and the second prize of provincial and ministerial excellent teaching achievements, and were the professional leaders of metallurgical engineering with characteristics of the Ministry of Education. In 2002, he was selected into the National Young Teachers' Teaching and Research Award Program of the Ministry of Education and won the third National Young Teachers' Award in colleges and universities. In 2006, he was awarded the Outstanding Talent for Scientific and Technological Innovation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Outstanding Contribution Award for Western Development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2007, the Outstanding Talent for Scientific and Technological Innovation in Baotou City in 2007, the Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2008, the First-class Talent Project Candidate in 20 10, and the Outstanding Educator in Baotou City in 20 165438.
As the leader of metallurgical engineering and rare earth engineering in Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, An Shengli has been engaged in scientific research and personnel training in the fields of rare earth resources utilization, metallurgical technology and theory for 30 years. He has successively completed and undertaken more than 40 national natural fund projects, 973 plan pre-research projects, autonomous region science and technology projects, etc. Establish the autonomous region's new inorganic materials engineering technology research center, set up Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology's disciplines such as complex raw ore metallurgy physical chemistry, new functional ceramics, rare earth energy materials and devices, and cultivate relevant discipline teams. Among them, the research team of metallurgical physics and chemistry of complex raw ore was rated as the first batch of autonomous region cultivation innovation team and autonomous region university innovation team, and the new functional ceramic materials and devices team was rated as the autonomous region "grassland talent" engineering innovation team. The key laboratory of new functional ceramic materials and devices is the core of doctoral program in metallurgical engineering.
