The date is calculated based on the date of presumed receipt. That is to say, if the date of publication is August 10, then the date you are presumed to have received it is August 25; if it is 2 months, the deadline is October 25th; in this case you haven’t expired yet.
If it is past October 25th, it is truly expired. You must submit a reply request and pay a fee.
