The national flag shall not be discarded at will. After the large-scale mass activities, the event organizers shall properly dispose of all kinds of national flags used at the event site.
The national flag is the embodiment of a country, and hanging upside down is equivalent to resisting the national spirit, which is a matter of discrediting the country and damaging the national flag is even more serious. It fully shows that it is a bad behavior to disrespect the national flag and the national spirit.
