Finally, an evaluation and explanation of the practical value of the designed topic must be made; problems existing in the design process, suggestions for improvement or other better ideas for solutions, and reasons for failure to adopt them, etc.
(2) The text of the graduation project report or thesis for economics and management majors should include: the posing of the problem, the guiding ideology of the design; the basis for proposing the design plan, the selection and comparison of the design plan; the design process; Technical and economic analysis indicators and methods used; mathematical models and their basis, data calculation methods; evaluation of the practicality and economic benefits of the design plan; suggestions for existing problems (or problems that may occur) during the design implementation process Rational suggestions. 2. Thesis printing and binding
Graduation thesis should be printed on special graduation design paper. The main text should be in Song font size 4, with line spacing of 24 points; the page margins should be 3cm at the top, 2.5cm at the bottom and left, and 2cm at the right.
3. Thesis structure, binding order and requirements
The graduation thesis consists of the following parts:
(1) Cover. The title of the paper should not exceed 20 words, be concise and accurate, and can be divided into two lines.
(2) Content.

(1) The abstract is a brief statement of the content of the paper. It should reflect the main information of the paper as much as possible. The content includes the research purpose, methods, results and conclusions. It does not contain charts or annotations and is independent and complete. sex. The Chinese abstract is generally about 200-400 words, and the English abstract should be exactly the same as the Chinese abstract. The word "Abstract" is centered.
(2) Keywords are nouns that reflect the subject content of the graduation project (thesis) and are used for retrieval. The subject entries should be general technical terms and no self-made keywords are allowed. There are generally 3-5 keywords, which are arranged from high to low according to the denotation level of the entry (subject catalog classification). Keywords are listed below the main text of the abstract.
(3) The Chinese abstract and keywords come first, followed by the English ones.
8. Directory.
The table of contents is written according to three-level headings, which requires a clear hierarchy and must be consistent with the title of the text. It mainly includes the introduction, main body of the text, conclusion, acknowledgments, main references and appendices, etc.
9. Text. The main body of the paper includes: introduction (or preface, preface), main body of the paper and conclusion.
(1) Introduction. Comprehensively review previous work, explain the purpose and significance of the thesis topic, review domestic and foreign literature, and the content of the thesis.
(2) The main body of the paper.

The number of words in the graduation project (thesis) should generally be no less than 8,000 words (or 20 pages). The foreign language translation should be no less than 3,000 characters, and the reading volume of foreign language reference materials should be no less than 30,000 characters.

The format is to ensure a clear structure and clear outline of the article. Editing methods, the format used in the graduation thesis must comply with the requirements in the table above, be consistent, and must not be mixed. In addition to the question order level, the format should also include paragraphs, line spacing, fonts and font sizes, etc.
The prefaces and titles of the first level (chapter) are placed in the center, and the prefaces and titles of the other levels (sections, articles, paragraphs) are arranged along the top grid on the left side of the page. First-level (chapter) title sequence and title should be double-spaced below. The beginning of the paragraph is shortened by two words. There is 24 point line spacing between lines, between paragraphs and hierarchical headings, and between paragraphs.
The first-level (chapter) title sequence and title should be in small boldface type. There are two empty words between the preface and title, no punctuation, the same below.
The second-level (section) title sequence and title should be in small three-point boldface.
The third level (item) question sequence and title should be in point 4 boldface.
Question sequences and titles at the fourth level and below must be in small 4-size boldface.
(3) Conclusion (or conclusion). Arrange it as a separate chapter, but do not add the words "Chapter XXX" before the title. The conclusion is a summary of the entire paper. It should describe the work done in the paper in concise words, generally no more than two pages.
10. Acknowledgments. Express gratitude to the mentors and organizations and individuals who provided guidance or assisted in completing the graduation project (thesis). The text should be concise and realistic, and avoid exaggeration and vulgar words.
11. List of references and cited materials (see attachment for standard format).

Attachment: Standardized reference format
The type of reference (i.e. citation source) is identified by a single letter: M——Monograph, C——Proceedings, N—— Newspaper article, J - journal article, D - thesis, R - report, S - standard, P - patent; for document types that do not belong to the above, use the letter "Z" to identify it.

8. Other requirements
(1) Text
The Chinese characters in the paper should strictly follow the standards of Chinese characters. All text is clear and cannot be altered.
(2) Tables
The tables of the paper can be sorted in a unified manner, or they can be sorted individually chapter by chapter. Which method should be consistent with the ordering method of illustrations and formulas. The table sequence must be continuous and cannot be repeated or skipped. The structure of the table should be concise.
Each column in the table should be marked with the amount and corresponding unit. Numbers in the table must be aligned up and down. When the values ??in adjacent columns are the same, "same as above", "same as left" and other similar words cannot be used and should be re-labeled one by one.
The table sequence and table title should be placed in the middle position above the table, and the table sequence without title should be placed in the upper left or upper right of the table (the position should be the same for the same paper).
(3) Illustrations
Illustrations should be selected. The figure sequence can be sequenced continuously or individually chapter by chapter. The method used should be consistent with the ordering method of tables and formulas. The figure sequence must be continuous and cannot be repeated or jumped. When there is only one figure, add the words ‘Attachment’ before the figure title. The illustrations and text symbols in the graduation project (thesis) should be printed. If printing is not possible, they must be drawn and marked with a pen.

(4) Formulas
Formulas that are important in the paper or need to be mentioned again later should be numbered and enclosed in parentheses. The serial numbers should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals, or one by one. Chapters are numbered on the right side of the page and are equidistant from the right. There is no dotted line between the formula and the serial number.
(5) Number usage
Arabic numerals are used for Gregorian calendar centuries, years, years, months, days, time and various counts and measurements. Years cannot be abbreviated. All significant digits of the value should be written.
(6) Software
The software flow chart and source program list must be attached to the back of the paper according to the software document format. In special cases, they may be displayed during the defense and not attached to the paper.
(7) Engineering drawings shall be bound in accordance with national standards.
If the drawing size is less than or equal to 3# drawing size, it shall be bound in the paper. If the drawing size is larger than 3# drawing size, it shall be bound separately in accordance with national standards. As attached picture.
(8) Art and design works
Art and design works that cannot be saved in paper documents should be saved on CDs or photos.
(9) The definition and use of units of measurement shall be in accordance with the provisions of the National Bureau of Weights and Measures.
