Working principle of surface condenser;
A large number of copper tubes are installed in the condenser; Heat exchange equipment that turns the steam discharged after driving the steam turbine to do work into condensed water. After the steam completes the expansion process in the steam turbine, during the condensation process, the exhaust volume decreases sharply, and the space originally filled with steam forms a high vacuum. Condensed water is delivered to the boiler through condensate pump, feed water heater and feed water pump. So as to ensure the continuous operation of the whole thermal cycle. In order to prevent pipeline corrosion caused by the increase of oxygen content in condensate, vacuum deaerator is also installed in the condenser of modern large-capacity steam turbine.
Structure description:
The condenser structure is single shell, bisection, single flow and surface type.
The condenser is a single-shell single-flow surface condenser, which is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the low-pressure cylinder. The condenser shell is placed on the spring bracket, and its upper part is rigidly connected with the steam turbine exhaust cylinder. The circulating water flows through the condenser tube bundle, so that the exhaust steam of the steam turbine condenses in the condenser shell, and the condensed water is collected in the hot well and discharged by the condensate pump.
The tube bundle is arranged in the condenser shell, and the hot well is arranged below the shell. Under the normal water level, when the condensate pump is running, its water volume is not less than 4 minutes.
The condenser consists of a shell and a tube bundle. The tube is made of copper alloy and cooled with fresh water.
The throat of the condenser is connected with the exhaust pipe of the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine. The upper diameter port is 7532×6352, and it is made into two halves, that is, 7890×3355× 1980. The neck wall panel is made of 20g steel plate with a thickness of 16mm. Internal welding ribs (δ 16) are used to reinforce the side plates, and 20a channel steel φ 102-φ 159 angle steel 18 and steel pipe 20 are used to ensure sufficient rigidity.
The lower part of the joint neck is a square with a truncated cone, and it is made of three parts. The left and right sections are12100× 2600× 3841,the middle section is12100× 2300× 3841,and the thickness of the lower side plate of the joint neck is 20. Two desuperheaters are installed on the right side of the lower part of the neck (cooling water inlet pipe side). Which belongs to the supply scope of low-pressure bypass equipment.
Condenser:
A heat exchanger that condenses the exhaust steam of steam turbine into water, also called reheater. Condensers are mainly used in steam turbine power plants and are divided into water-cooled condensers and air-cooled condensers. The condenser can not only condense the exhaust steam of the steam turbine into water for reuse by the boiler, but also establish and maintain a vacuum at the exhaust steam of the steam turbine.
Main functions of condenser:
1) creates a high vacuum at the exhaust port of the steam turbine to keep the steam in the turbine;
2) Condense the steam discharged from the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine into water and send it back;
3) collect all kinds of hydrophobic, reduce the loss of soda;
4) The condenser is also used to increase softened water (normal water replenishment);
Technical features:
1, quick: two people can clean at the same time, and 1000 condenser tubes can be cleaned every hour. When cleaning, Party A and Party B can take turns to clean the condenser without stopping the machine, which greatly shortens the maintenance time of the condenser. It is especially suitable for emergency repair and cleaning of condenser vacuum difference in thermal power plants in summer (the manhole door of condenser can be cleaned without disassembling the end cover).
2. Safety: The special polyethylene material is safe and does not damage the expansion of pipes and tubesheets. It is especially suitable for cleaning thin-walled copper tubes and titanium tubes of power plant condensers.
3. High efficiency: Generally speaking, cleaning the warhead can be completed once through the pipeline. For pipelines with large amount of dirt or first cleaning, they can be cleaned again. For some pipes that are blocked by sediment and can no longer see the opposite light, empty the gun once before putting the bullet in for cleaning. Through one-time cleaning, the effect is obvious. After repeated cleaning, the end difference is obviously reduced and the efficiency of the unit is greatly improved.
