On January 1, 1985, our family was transferred back to Deyang from Shaoxing. I went to Deyang first, and my wife and daughter went to Xi'an to visit Er Niang and I arrived after picking up my son. I could not return to Chengdu, so I was finally transferred to the Deyang City Science and Technology Commission. Fortunately, my wife and I were both in the same unit, but my daughter did not go to a good school, which affected her future. growth path. However, our daughter has a strong personality and later graduated with a bachelor's degree and started a career and family in Shenzhen, which makes us very happy. My son studied at Sichuan Normal University. After graduation, he became a Chinese teacher, which is a great career. I often taught him to have the heart to build a career and build up a good person. Both my son and daughter got married and had children of their own. Our daughter was born with beauty, and everyone called her little Zhou Xun. When my wife and I were three years old, she brought us a lot of joy in our later years. Our daughter's son, 04, was born, a cute and naive little fat boy. Our daughter brought him back to see us when he was one and two years old. The health of our children and grandchildren is also a blessing to us in our later years.
Looking back on my life, I have actually gained a lot in my career. During this period of my field geological career, I mastered a full set of geological work methods from the field to indoors and accumulated rich experience. I participated successively in I completed the geological exploration and report preparation of the Xiqiu medium-sized copper mining area, completed the detailed geological survey report of the Taohong mining area, and submitted the "Large-scale open-pit fluorite mining area in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province" edited by me to the Ministry of Metallurgy for one year. The final exploration geological report was submitted to Beijing by a young man and me in 1983. This is also the only time I have been to Beijing in 25 years of geological work, and it is also the last time I have done geology in the field.
Later he was transferred to Sichuan and participated in the strategic economic research in Deyang. He taught for half a year and started studying patents in May 1986. He was the first generation patent agent in China and switched from natural science to applied science and practice. Technology is more difficult for me. So far, I have handled thousands of patent applications. I have been invited to give lectures at large-scale meetings held by the Science and Technology Commission and the Patent Office, as well as legal education training for municipal cadres of the Personnel Bureau. After retirement, I worked as a consultant in a patent firm. Due to my bullish temperament and straightforward nature, I was often frustrated in dealing with interpersonal problems. My wife often advised me and enlightened me. I thought that as an old man over seventy, there was no need for me to do this. After competing with young people, it’s time to take a long vacation for myself. I discussed with my wife and prepared to close the stall.
In my life, there are no soul-stirring stories, no tears and sadness, and no hearty joy for readers. It is the murmur of an old man who has experienced the joys and sorrows of the years, just like me. I always sit on the rocking chair I often sit in when I have free time.
