Patent application documents may be submitted directly to the State Patent Office or entrusted to a patent agency:
1) Submit patent application documents (including claims, specifications, drawings of specifications, abstract and abstract drawings), patent request and patent application fee (i.e. formal fees paid to the Patent Office) to the Patent Office. The application date and application number can be obtained from this. The formal admission notice will be issued within two weeks after the application date.
2) If the Patent Office examines and issues a notice of examination opinions, the applicant shall reply within the prescribed time limit. After the examination is finally qualified, the patent office issues a notice of authorization, indicating that it agrees to authorize.
3) After the applicant carries out authorization registration, the patent authorization announcement takes effect and the patent certificate is obtained.
It takes more than 2 years to apply for authorization of invention patent, which is risky. Please be careful.
