2. How to adjust the salt ratio

1). Initial salt ratio: First do a small test of one kilogram of product. When the consistency is developed, if the consistency cannot be improved by adding salt three times in a row, it means that the salt ratio is enough. The salt used must be measured first to determine the salt ratio for one kilogram of product, and then scaled up to the ratio required for production.

2) Determine the salt ratio: When enlarging the salt ratio for one kilogram of product to the ratio required for production, there will be a certain measurement error and it needs to be adjusted again. The adjustment method: beat the produced washing solution. Once the kilograms are out, adjust the salt ratio to the thickest state, and you will know what the final salt ratio is.
