Is the patent “authorization package” really reliable?

The "pass" of the patent package may not have practical significance:

First, from a probability perspective, it is impossible for every patent applied for to be approved;

Second, even if the patent applied for is authorized, it does not mean that the patent will not be invalidated, nor does it mean that the patent has technical effects that are actually used in production and operation or has no practical significance.
