Enterprise development of Acer computer

Acer's first plant was set up in Bamboo Branch in 1981, and Acer's most representative product "Little Professor No.1" was born here. The "Little Professor No.1" positioned as a handheld computer learning machine is not only the starting point for Acer's own brand products to be exported, but also the foundation for Acer to start developing into the personal computer industry in the future.

Acer immediately launched Taiwan Province's first 8-bit computer "Little Professor No.2" in 1982, which opened the homepage of Acer's continuous improvement in the global PC industry. In 1986, Acer even took the lead in developing this 32-bit PC ahead of IBM, the global PC giant at that time, and the four English letters "Acer" really began to emerge in the global technology industry.

Acer Acer shares went public in 1988 (then Acer Acer Computer). In 1992, Acer won the patent of "Siao Technology", which was famous for a while.

in p>1995, Acer Acer launched the Aspire home computer in the U.S. retail PC market. Its unique dazzling appearance and close function set off a wave in the U.S., making it a rare global "Killer" product for Acer and even all PC manufacturers in Taiwan Province.

in p>2, Acer officially decided to completely separate the brand and OEM manufacturing business, which created the glorious prospect of Acer Acer in the brand PC market and Wistron in the ODM industry.

In p>22, Acer Acer was split into Acer Computer, Benq BenQ Dentsu and Wistron Zitong. Due to Acer's foresight, the Group has developed by leaps and bounds.
