Two. Conditions and procedures for changing the name of an enterprise after obtaining a business license
1. If the same industry has been established for less than one year, the company name cannot be changed;
2. For more than one year, or boasting that the industry needs to bring a sealed copy of the business license, amendments to the articles of association signed by all shareholders, resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, application for renaming, and power of attorney to the industrial and commercial name approval window for name change inquiry, if there is no duplicate name, the industrial and commercial bureau will issue a notice of approval for enterprise name change;
3. With the approval notice of the original name change, the amendment of the original articles of association, the original resolution of the shareholders' meeting, the copy of the legal person's ID card, the original business license and the application form, go to the industry and commerce to register the change and issue a new business license;
4. Apply to the Public Security Bureau for a new public finance chapter with the original business license after the change, the original legal person ID card, the copy of the name change notice, the original description of the situation and the public finance chapter before the change, and destroy the old chapter;
5. Bring a new official seal, a copy of the approval notice of name change and the original organization code certificate before the change to the Quality Inspection Bureau to apply for the replacement of a new organization code certificate;
6. A copy of the changed business license, a copy of the name change notice, a copy of the legal person's ID card, a copy of the amendment to the articles of association, a copy of the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, the original tax registration certificate, the official seal and the tax change application form (the tax form needs to be signed and sealed by the special administrator) apply to the tax bureau for a new tax registration certificate.

Article 89 The patent administrative department of the State Council shall set up a patent register to register the following matters related to patent applications and patent rights:
