Environmentally friendly cleaning agent ingredients

Ingredients of environmentally friendly cleaning agents

Environmentally friendly cleaning agents are divided into many types according to their uses, and the ingredients of each environmentally friendly cleaning agent are different. For example, environmentally friendly water-based metal cleaners use organic detergent builder (HX-Z01), sodium borate and complex surfactant (HX-T-1) as basic alkaline components, supplemented by a small amount of other additives. For example, environmentally friendly paint strippers have relatively complex ingredients, which are introduced in detail below:

Formic acid: also known as formic acid. Colorless fuming liquid with pungent odor. Found in the secretions of bees, some ants and caterpillars. It is highly acidic and corrosive, soluble in water, ethanol, ether and glycerin. It is reducing and can be easily oxidized into water and carbon dioxide. This agent is used as a reducing agent.

Paraffin: A mixture of solid paraffin hydrocarbons. It is almost odorless and tasteless, and is divided into two categories: white wax and yellow wax. According to the melting point, there are grades 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, and 58. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, ether, carbon disulfide and oil, but insoluble in water and alcohol.

Chloroform: also known as chloroform. Colorless, transparent and volatile liquid, slightly sweet, not easy to burn, soluble in ethanol, ether, benzene, petroleum ether, etc. Easily decomposes when exposed to light. This agent is used as a solvent.

Benzoic acid: also known as benzoic acid. White monoclinic flake or needle crystal. Lightweight. Odorless or slightly scented like benzoin. Easily soluble in alcohol, chloroform, ether and acetone, soluble in benzene, carbon disulfide, turpentine and oils. Slightly soluble in water and petroleum ether. This agent is used as a preservative.

Acetophenone: also known as methyl phenyl ketone and acetophenone. Colorless transparent liquid or oily liquid, crystallizes when cooled. Has a pungent odor. Easily soluble in alcohol, ether, chloroform, fatty oil and glycerin, slightly soluble in water. It turns orange when dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid. This agent is used as a solvent.
