System patent

1. For software systems, patents can protect the idea of software, while copyright can protect the expression of software (such as the interface and code of software are protected by copyright).

2. The idea of patentable software is conditional: as long as a new technology is adopted, technical problems are solved and technical effects are achieved, patent protection can be obtained. Therefore, whether "the creativity of an IT system, or the design, planning and scheme of the system" meets the conditions of patent protection can be analyzed by itself.

You must file a patent application first, and then organize the software ideas into project introduction materials to spread to the outside world.
