What do intellectual property agents mainly do? Is there any prospect?

Judging from the name of this job, I guess I work in an enterprise, not a patent agency that serves the enterprise, because the agency is generally called a patent agent or a patent engineer.

In an enterprise, it is necessary to manage, monitor and explore the patents of its own unit, and monitor the related patents of competing enterprises to analyze the possible infringements in the market. Every enterprise has different emphases.

As for the prospect, it shouldn't be too bad. Nowadays, companies that can afford intellectual property rights are relatively large, and with the country's emphasis on intellectual property rights, the market for intellectual property rights will only grow bigger and bigger.
