The 3000t/a TPU colloidal particle project 165438+ 10 planned by Henan Jisheng Hot Melt Adhesive Co., Ltd. It is reported that the technological process of TPU colloidal particle project is to add antioxidants and light stabilizers to polyester, and then extrude and granulate with twin-screw extruder.

The composition of hot melt adhesive introduced in this patent includes polyurethane prepolymer, partial tackifying resin and partial thermoplastic polymer. Among them, polyurethane prepolymer is prepared by the reaction of amorphous polyester polyol, polyisocyanate and crystalline multifunctional alcohol with melting point ≥ 80.
