Patent payment method 1. Online payment. Users who apply for electronic registration can log on to China Patent Electronic Application Network and pay the patent fees by using the online payment system. In order to facilitate the payer to get the receipt quickly, corporate accounts and personal accounts paid online can choose to get the receipt at the agency.
2. Bank/post office remittance transfer. The payer can remit the patent fee through the bank or post office. When remitting patent fees, the payer shall indicate the correct application number (or patent number) and fee name (or abbreviation) in the remarks column of the remittance slip. If the above-mentioned necessary information is not indicated at the time of remittance, you can log in to the online patent payment information supplementary management system no later than the second day after remittance, and supplement the payment information on the day of remittance, or you can send a fax and email to supplement the payment information (fax: 0162088065, email: shoufeichu @ sipo.gov.cn). If the complete payment information is supplemented, the date of supplementing the complete payment information is the payment date.
3. China National Intellectual Property Administration patent office/agency face to face. The payer can pay the patent fee directly at the charging window of China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office or patent agency, and the payment time on that day is the payment date.
