System overview:
On-off time-area method takes heating time and heating area as the basis of heat distribution, and adopts remote meter reading system to solve the management and charging problems. Install a room temperature controller in the user's room, and install an on-off controller on the heating hot water pipeline. The system can control the on-off controller through indoor equipment, and the on-off controller can control the on-off of the equipment according to the on-off time and area set by the user, so as to realize the adjustment of the room temperature, thus achieving the purpose of constant, comfortable and energy-saving room temperature for users. At the same time, the on-off controller uploads data such as on-off time and room temperature to the data collector, and the data collected by the data collector, together with the on-off time and room temperature of each household, is uploaded to the data processing center through GPRS. The central station stores and processes data.
System composition:
The system can be divided into four parts: room temperature controller, switch controller, data collector and data processing system. These include:
(1) Room temperature controller is developed by our company, and it works reliably and stably. The man-machine interface is friendly, and users can freely choose the preset mode or set their own target temperature.
(2) The on-off controller adopts the patented valve with independent intellectual property rights, with 654.38 million times of non-leakage technology, which can control the valve angle and realize the purpose of heating and charging. The three power supply modes ensure that data is not lost and the terminal equipment is more normal and stable.
(3) One end of the data collector is connected with the GPRS module to upload the data to the data information processing system.
(4) The data information processing system is a set of comprehensive management software developed by our company for free, which integrates remote meter reading, heat cost calculation and other functions. It can receive and collect the user's heat information sent by the calculator from the Internet through the GPRS module. And the collected information can be calculated according to a prescribed algorithm and distributed to each family.
Working principle of switch controller:
The room temperature controller sets the room temperature expected by the user, and if the set room temperature is greater than the actual room temperature, the controller switches to open the valve; If the actual room temperature reaches the set room temperature, the switch controller closes the valve and shares the heat consumption in combination with the actual area of the user and the accumulated water supply time of the switch controller. The on-off controller adopts a large torque motor, which reduces the speed from 2,400 rpm to 2 rpm, and the torque generated is 8 N m, which effectively solves the stuck phenomenon. For users who refuse to pay, the corresponding on-off controller can be turned off remotely to stop heating.
The opening and closing of the switch controller is the user-set temperature and indoor temperature issued by the room temperature controller. According to the difference between the set temperature and the indoor temperature, the on-off control of the valve is carried out according to the method of predicting the on-off ratio of the valve, and the on-off time of the valve is recorded and stored. It can also communicate with the data collector to ensure that the valve is in the open state under the condition of power failure and ensure the pipeline safety of users.
